Admission Procedure

We maintain a structured and transparent admission process to ensure every aspirant is ready to embrace our disciplined academic environment.

Registration Process

Parents may register their child by completing the physical registration form (provided with the academy prospectus) or by filling out the online registration form on our website.

Non-refundable Registration Fee: Rs. 200/-

Required Documents for Admission

Photocopy of the student's Date of Birth Certificate.

Photocopy of the Aadhar Card of the student, mother, and father.

Photocopy of the Parivar Pehchan Patra (Family ID).

4 Passport-size photographs of the student.

2 Passport-size photographs each of the father, mother, and designated guardian.

Photograph of the Local Guardian.Mandatory for Hostlers/PG students

Original School Leaving Certificate (SLC) from the previous school. Note: Must be countersigned by the District Education Officer if joining Class 8 or above from a non-CBSE school. Countersignature is not required for admissions up to Class 7 or transfers from a CBSE-affiliated school.

Photocopy of the Mark-Sheet/Report Card of the last examination passed. Not required for admission to Class 1

Photocopy of the CBSE Registration/LOC. Required only for admission to Classes X to XII

Withdrawal Policy

A parent desirous of withdrawing their child must inform the administration in writing at least one month in advance.
The School Leaving Certificate (SLC) will be issued one week after receiving the written request.
A "No Dues Certificate" must be cleared by the Accounts Branch and Library prior to SLC issuance.

Code of Conduct & Termination

Non-Remittance of Fees: Failure to clear academy or hostel dues as per deadlines.
Disciplinary Grounds: Any act of indiscipline inside the campus, hostel, or transport. Note: In cases of expulsion due to severe indiscipline, no fees will be refunded.
Unsatisfactory Progress: Continuous lack of effort resulting in failure to meet the minimum standards for RIMC/NDA preparation.
